Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is nestled between two major highways, offering comfortable but slightly small rooms with balconies that can be noisy in the morning. The service provided various tour options and was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The location, although not near much, is secure and unique in a slightly south freeway area, great for accessing the Aguacatala Metro station. The dining lacked variety and included warm bread but had good quality. The facilities were decent, and overall, the hotel exuded a faded elegance that worked well.
Staying at this hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were very clean and serviced daily if you required, but I was disappointed to find myself on the lower level with dingy sheets and an unventilated bathroom. The service was lovely and helpful overall, although the kitchen woman was quite rude. The location was a bit odd, not quite what I expected, a bit far out from El Poblado but still in a convenient area between Envigado and Lleras Park. The dining experience lacked creativity and essential items like fruit, juice, and decent coffee. The facilities, though, were good.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were small with only three windows to the hallway, making it a bit challenging to move around, especially being located on the lower level with winding stairs. On the bright side, the service was exceptional, with very friendly and helpful staff, which was a pleasant surprise for Colombia. The location, although calm and convenient being close to malls and major roads, had a slightly odd vibe being a bit south along a freeway. The dining experience lacked creativity but was saved by the tandoori dishes which were excellent. Overall, the hotel had its ups and downs, offering a good deal but with some room for improvement.
The hotel is conveniently located between two major highways, providing easy access but can be noisy in the morning. The rooms are nice with amenities like a fridge and hot shower, although some items appear dated. The well-ventilated bathroom and balcony are great additions.
My stay at this hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were immaculate and offered a great view, but they were really small and navigating the winding stairs was a bit challenging. The service was very friendly and accommodating, with staff always willing to help, but the need for the front gate to be opened every time I left or entered was a bit inconvenient. The location, while safe, was not near many attractions, making it a bit isolated. The dining experience was good but lacked variety in the options available. Overall, it's a decent hotel for the price, offering comfortable rooms and friendly service.
